SHINANO was a 72,000 ton aircraft carrier contructed
late in the Second World War in the Yokosuka Navy Yard
and was scheduled to be one of the huge battleship
following the YAMATO and MUSASHI.
Shibuya named this bar "SHINANO" in veneration of his
grandfather who was involved in the construction of
the aircraft carrier SHINANO.
